LETIS continues to provide ongoing training to its teams, offering valuable opportunities for cultural and professional exchange through enriching travels, and delivering excellent service to its clients.

During September and October 2023, Florencia Varas, Responsible Client Manager for the Black Sea Region and Adjacent Countries, traveled to Turkey and collaborated with her colleagues from LETIS Bioteam at the Izmir office. Florencia focused on training her colleagues to serve as Client Managers, generating highly constructive experiences that provide added value to our international clients.

Additionally, during November and December, we had the honor of hosting Ilyas Dogan, LETIS Bioteam Development Analyst, in Argentina. Ilyas worked closely with the LETIS Argentina Development team during his over 3-week visit. He received training and engaged in various team projects, further solidifying connections with his Argentine colleagues.

Both Ilyas and Florencia emphasized that these trips not only benefited their professional growth but also had a significant personal impact. They highlighted LETIS‘ considerable effort in providing comprehensive training.

These experiences provided by LETIS strengthen the ties between the Argentina office (LETIS) and Turkey (LETIS Bioteam) and contribute to LETIS’ international growth. We trust that our joint efforts will yield short- and long-term benefits for both LETIS teams and our clients.
